Our Director of Food Services, Shane Bosaw, assisted this week with New Food Service Director Training in Frankfort. He was invited to participate by the Kentucky Department of Education who was looking for experienced directors who operate their programs with success to share their knowledge with those who are just starting their position as director. Mr. Bosaw is pictured here as he participated in a panel discussion during the training. We appreciate Mr. Bosaw helping Union County step out as a leader in school nutrition!
